Gordon McMurray

Gordon is the Specialist Engineer supporting Safearth’s Streets® distribution earthing design software. Gordon’s work has been associated with the power distribution industry since 1976. As an Electrical Engineer the first half of his career was focused on the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of the distribution network. Since 1999 his focus has been on earthing design of network assets, especially distribution assets. At Ausgrid he led the development of distribution earthing design software (Neon) and the associated network standard. Since 2019 Gordon has led Safearth’s development, marketing, sales, and support of Streets. He is committed to mentoring best practice in distribution earthing design.
