Luke Clout

Luke is a Senior Engineering within the Network Earthing and Protection group at Essential Energy. He has 20 years’ experience in HV engineering and has been effectual in the development of Essential Energy’s subtransmission and distribution network earthing frameworks. Luke has developed several software applications and analysis tools providing a streamlined approach when designing and analysing complex earthing systems for compliance with the risk based approach as detailed in AS2067 using the risk based methodology presented in EG-0.
